Interesting projects, some decades of connections

Although we have been serving satisfied customers from all branches of industry for almost 100 years, we still find it difficult to document the most interesting references. We would now like to make up for this and invite you to visit us regularly under this heading.

Surely, it will be necessary to differentiate our application descriptions by industry or field of application, at a later date. Until then, we start with the preparation of individual references with brief descriptions, so that you can get an overview of our work on a continuous basis.

Ernst Kreuder GmbH & Co. KG - Construction of the new meter workshop

Hepp-Schwamborn received the contract from the construction company Kreuder for the electrical installation and automation technology for the new building of NEW (meter testing station and administration building of NEW Netz).

The order was subject to special challenges, not only because drastic conceptual changes were made during the course of the project with regard to the building control system and automation technology, but also because the "Corona" situation made it difficult to carry out the work when the commissioning phase began.

Despite these circumstances, the first, essential construction phase was handed over to the client and end customer on the agreed date.

GEBAB corporate group - Liverpooler Allee construction project

For years, the GEBAB corporate group, a large German investment company, has already been setting special trends in the Nordpark industrial estate located away from Mönchengladbach's city center: already at the end of 2018, it was responsible for the "Paspartou" located at the entrance area of the Nordpark - a business center consisting of two towers, which offers a workplace for up to 700 people, with around 9,000 sqm of usable space.

As before for the "Paspartou", Hepp-Schwamborn was awarded the contract for the realization of all electrical engineering measures for the Liverpooler Allee construction project, a six-story office building with a total leasable area of 17,500 sqm. The building complex was erected on a 7,300 sqm site in the so-called "Business Park II", which is located in the eastern area of the Nordpark.
