Trendsetter for tradition and progress

When the company founder, Kuno Hepp, was committed to the commercial task of switching and managing energy, he could not then foresee how his Mönchengladbach-based company would develop under the leadership of its successor, Kuno Schwamborn, almost 100 years later.

Hepp-Schwamborn is today known as the third-generation owner-managed company on both sides of the Rhine or far beyond the city limits.

150 dedicated and qualified employees, including 35 engineers, technicians and electricians, work in offices, workshops and on numerous construction sites on the energy distribution, installation, control and automation solutions for the future. The service areas include power engineering, electrical installation, data network technology, building automation, automation technology, software development, machine safety, control cabinet construction and technical services.

Since about half of the currently active employees in the renowned specialist company have had their education / training contested, the owner and managing director Kuno Schwamborn has the operational know-how and its solidarity handed to his employees in the first place.

For many years, Hepp-Schwamborn has successfully trained young people as "Electronics technicians for Energy and Building Technology", as well as "Industrial managers", who also counted among the year’s best trainees.

As the growth market for electric vehicles is only just beginning, Hepp-Schwamborn still sees considerable potential for the future, as one of the first specialist companies for electric mobility.

The company is certified according to both DIN 9001 and the OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system. Automation solutions from Hepp-Schwamborn are supplied nationwide, and are distributed both domestically and abroad.
