In-house seminar on the topic of "Clearance measurement of containers and confined spaces"

 

 

May, 2022: As part of a comprehensive in-house seminar, a number of selected employees were recently trained in the "Clearance measurement of containers and confined spaces".

When working in potentially explosive environments such as wastewater treatment plants, sewers, pumping stations or refineries, the professional clearance measurement before starting work is of indispensable importance for the safety of the employees.

Over the course of one and a half days, seminar leader Daniel Gasparic from the company Dräger taught the participants theoretical and practical knowledge about the relevant regulations, dependencies and units of measurement, as well as the correct handling of gas warning devices.

From now on, all participants are officially considered "instructed persons" according to DGUV 313-002; T021/T022/T055 and are now able to carry out the occupational safety clearance measurement at corresponding work sites.
