Seven employees of Hepp-Schwamborn attend working platform operator training at Gerken in Düsseldorf

 

 

February 08, 2021: Seven employees recently attended a working platform operator training course at the Gerken company in Düsseldorf. Gerken is a long-standing partner of Hepp-Schwamborn, whose services include regular training as well as the rental of appropriate working platforms.

 

The "National Operator Training for Scissor Lifts and Telescopic, Articulated and Tracked Lifts" is certified by TÜV Rheinland and, in addition to theoretical content such as the thematization of relevant legal regulations, physical principles and safe operating procedures, also included a practical part. Here, the training participants, who were divided into small groups due to the pandemic, were instructed in the independent handling of aerial work platforms and forklifts and were able to put what they had learned into practice directly on site.

 

Both of the aforementioned training sections were successfully completed by the participants passing an examination in each case, enabling Hepp-Schwamborn to expand the number of its employees with a driver's license for aerial work platforms to approximately 40.
