In-house training for second-year trainees

 

 

March 13rd, 2020: Six apprentices are currently in their 2nd year of training at Hepp-Schwamborn. Usually they receive accompanying theoretical instruction on two days of vocational school in the second half of the year, but due to a current shortage of teachers only one day can be taught at the moment.

 

Help is provided by Michaela Bohnen, herself recently appointed to join the company at Hepp-Schwamborn, who after her very successful graduation at the beginning of the year would like to pass on her still fresh technical knowledge to her young colleagues.

 

Every two weeks, she now holds in-house lessons at the "Aquarium" on the Hepp-Schwamborn premises, where she teaches the basics as well as key information on topics such as e-mobility (including assembly, connection and measurements).
