January 2021: Two apprentices at Hepp-Schwamborn have successfully passed their journeyman's examination to become electronics technicians. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the young mechanics had to prepare for their exams under difficult conditions:

Due to the ongoing pandemic, lessons were cut, content was cancelled and vocational school lessons even had to be cancelled altogether for two months.

Despite these conditions, however, Erik Gerhards (pictured here on the left) and Pascal Ohme did not allow themselves to be diverted from their goal and were rewarded with the successful completion of their journeyman's examination. The acquisition of valuable practical knowledge in the company facilities of Hepp-Schwamborn is likely to have made a decisive contribution to the positive result of the examination.

Hepp-Schwamborn congratulates both graduates. Both journeymen will continue to develop within the company in the future and will be able to tackle many exciting projects.
