Moving Forward Together: Employee Event at Hepp-Schwamborn

 

      

 

September 23rd, 2026: On September 23, 2026, an employee event was held at Hepp-Schwamborn. The occasion was the already completed and announced acquisition of the company by ELIN. The purpose of the event was to give the new employees an initial insight into ELIN and their future collaboration.

 

During the event, the background of the acquisition was explained, open questions were answered, and the first steps toward a shared future were presented. The former owner, Mr. Schwamborn, began by recounting the journey leading up to the sale of the company and explained, in particular, the reasons why ELIN was chosen as the buyer and new home for Hepp-Schwamborn.

 

Johannes Wagner then introduced ELIN and the IGO Industries Group to the employees and provided an overview of the company’s strategic direction. Afterward, Andreas Pospisil, the managing director responsible for Düsseldorf and Hepp-Schwamborn, explained why the company is an excellent fit for ELIN and the Düsseldorf-Mönchengladbach region. In closing, David Vossen, who will also be joining the management team at Hepp-Schwamborn, outlined his personal approach to getting to know one another in the coming weeks and months.
