March 2026: GDPR Audit

 

Data protection is not a one-time project for us – it is an ongoing process. As part of our regular internal GDPR audit, we once again spent a full day together with Julia Kukolew from engineering firm Quast reviewing and further developing key topics.

 

On the agenda were subjects that are more relevant than ever in today's business environment: GDPR-compliant onboarding of new employees, online training on security awareness, IT security, virus protection and data backup, retention periods, and the responsible use of AI in everyday work.

 

Particularly encouraging were the lively discussions and the occasional genuine new insight that brought a fresh perspective. Data protection does not have to be a dry subject – and this day proved it impressively.
